The Sri Lanka cricket team that won the Asia cup and the Sri Lanka netball team that won the Asian netball championship arrived in the island early this morning.
It is said that the sports authorities have welcome them at the Katunayake airport.
The motorcade carrying the Sri Lankan cricket team that won the Asia Cup and the Sri Lankan netball team that won the Asian Netball Championship is currently on its way to Colombo. Therefore they are traveling in two double decker buses.
Accordingly, it is said that a large number of people have come on both sides of the road to congratulate them.
