By defeating the Singaporean team.
The Sri Lankan players managed to defeat the Singapore team 63 to 53 in the finals of the Asian Championship Netball Tournament held in Singapore.
This is the 6th time that Sri Lanka won the Asian Netball Championship.
Despite the existing challenges, representing Sri Lanka was able to achieve a great victory in the tournament due to the unity and immense commitment of the all players including the leader of the Sri Lanka netball team.
The effort made to draw the attention of all those who love sports, including international sports fans, to Sri Lanka is a precedent for not only the new sportsmen and women of Sri Lanka, but also for all the sportsmen.
